Thanks you all are too kind...

well what has cosby been doing? that is a great question that i think deserves an answer. i mean he moved up to spokane he doesnt have a job and he hasnt posted crap. true oh so true are you. but i have not been doing nothing i have been busy learning to live a some what retired life and to be clearly honest it has been hard. yah right cosby get over your slef. well maybe that is what you are saying but, oh well say what you want. i wake up with ryland in the am hang out with him, feed him hang some more, nap time. then it is doing stuff. i cant tell you exactly what all the stuff is but it is stuff. it is not that the stuff is secret but i just cant remember. i go to bed at night and think wow what did i do, i wasnt lazy, but what was it? needless to say it has been good. logistically i did get a job as a spanish interpreter and am slowly putting the pieces together for a little business we like to call stuntmanclothing. outside of that it has been good. we get along well with my mother and father in-law. i like to run errands they hate it. i like to cook, my mother in law is glad there are now two cooks. my father in law likes good wine, i do to! so life is good, but there is still this wierd void that i cant quite place. part of it is the temprorary feeling of living in a house that is over 40 years old and has been "their" house for all that time. so naturally we will never feel like it is ours. i think part of the void is i am not at camp super busy and "needed" so much. that isnt arrognace, it is partially what i had created not a good thing so to speak, but it was. i have a rhythm, but that rhythm is lacking something. we have yet to settle on a church. we would love to be in browne's addition but there is this tickle of a pull to first pres. with a new pastor and some great feelings of brokenness and ready for new things, we aren't yet settled. so please pray for us. we think we have given ourselves until the fall to live with laura's mom and dad. after that we will make a move to somewhere probably still in the area. this summer there will be trips to the cabin. there will be translation here and there, there will be some trips to sell some shirts, there will be mowing the lawn, weeding the garden, playing some handball and loving some people and then we will see. in the mean time there will always be great music to listen to and hopefully there will be good shows to see and there will be a wife, a dog, a cat, and a child to train up. i will post more. oh yah did i mention that i did get to go to mexico and hang out with a couple of nuns who blew my mind and i got to go to hawaii for the first time. life is good.
